vehicular flow on public roads, street congestion - Motorists indulging in high-speed competitions on the major roadway.
Six rowdy bikers drew the wrath of law enforcement in western Berlin on a Sunday night due to their hazardous driving habits and unauthorized speed competitions. Cops spotted the six bikers on Kurt-Schumacher-Damm, revving their engines and outpacing one another. Two of the reckless bikers then took off on the urban freeway, leaving their companions in the dust, as per police reports. Eventually, all six motorbikes dehorned at Spandauer Damm and came to a halt at a traffic signal, where police intercepted them.
The confiscated motorcycles and driving permits of the two 21 and 24-year-old culprits were swiped away. The remaining four were also flagged.
The two bikers continued their dangerous activities on the urban highway, disregarding traffic rules and endangering other road users. Later, they exited the highway at Spandauer Damm, joining their companions at the traffic signal.
