Road congestion - Motorist experiences low blood sugar; collides with safety barriers multiple times
Based on reports from other motorists, a police investigation was launched on Wednesday evening when a driver was seen weaving around the highway in a dangerous manner, similar to "snake lines." This unconventional driving occurred at the Heilbronn/Untergruppenbach exit. Unfortunately, the car hit the guardrail several times before finally getting stuck in the grassy shoulder on the way to Würzburg.
Upon arrival, officials discovered that the man was likely intoxicated and therefore behaving strangely, resulting in four additional guardrail collisions. Thankfully, the 44-year-old driver remained unharmed. A blood test was administered and his driver's license was taken away. The total damage cause by this incident was estimated to be around €30,000.
