Around 5:55 AM, the Bremen police issued a press release stating that a suspect had been provisionally arrested in the city center following an alleged case of sexual harassment in the railway station district.
According to this report, the man had ridden past a 19-year-old on his e-scooter in the city center, suddenly stopped, and inappropriately touched her buttocks. The woman's dress is said to have ridden up. Passersby reportedly alerted a nearby police patrol. According to the statement, "officers were able to stop the fleeing suspect near the train station with an intervention vehicle." No one was injured.
