- Mother and son in car accident on A7
A mother crashed her car into her 28-year-old son's vehicle on the A7 highway in the Unterallgaeu district. Both remained unharmed, as reported by the police. The cars had to be towed away.
The 71-year-old was driving behind her son on the highway near Heimertingen on Friday when he suddenly had to brake while exiting the A7. The mother didn't notice in time. Due to the unusual circumstances, the officers only gave the woman a verbal warning. The estimated damage is around 9,000 euros.
After the incident on the A7 highway, the mother needed a new car due to the damages. Despite the accident, both mother and son were fortunate to have minimal injuries.
