Media - Mosebach new chairman of the MV state press conference
The head of the ZDF regional studio, Bernd Mosebach, is at the head of the State Press Conference (LPK) in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. The association of state political correspondents unanimously elected the 57-year-old as its new chairman on Tuesday evening in Schwerin. Mosebach replaces the deputy editor-in-chief of the "Schweriner Volkszeitung", Stefan Koslik, in this office.
Koslik had led the association for seven years, but decided not to stand for re-election due to his upcoming retirement. Axel Seitz from NDR and Silke Hasselmann, MV state correspondent for Deutschlandradio, remain members of the LPK board. Udo Roll and Karin Koslik, both editors of the "Schweriner Volkszeitung", were newly elected to the board.
The state press conference regularly organizes press conferences with state politicians and representatives of public life. It offers journalists the opportunity to critically scrutinize political decisions, make demands on politicians and associations and then disseminate the information obtained in newspapers and electronic media. The state press conference has almost 40 journalists from regional and national media as full members and almost 30 representatives of organizations and associations as associate members.
