More than 50 kilograms of cannabis seized near Flensburg
Police have confiscated more than 50 kilograms of cannabis and 900 plants during a search of a hall in Achtrup (Nordfriesland district). During the operation on Wednesday last week, the officers found a cultivation facility including equipment and cannabis in a packaged, partly ready-to-sell state, as the police announced on Thursday. The Niebüll criminal investigation department and the Flensburg public prosecutor's office are now investigating the 42-year-old operator of the facility.
The seized cannabis is linked to potential drug-related crimes in the area. The investigation into the operation uncovered evidence of drug production and distribution.
