Weather - More snowfall expected in Lower Saxony and Bremen

People in Lower Saxony and Bremen will also have to prepare for snow and frosty temperatures in the coming days. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), there will be dense cloud cover over the north on Sunday. Light snowfall is possible everywhere. Maximum temperatures will be around minus one degree in the east of Lower Saxony and up to three degrees on the islands. At night, it will be up to minus five degrees in Wendland.

The new week will start mostly cloudy. It may snow again and again, especially in the west. Temperatures are expected to be just above freezing there and slightly below in the rest of Lower Saxony. At night, it will cool down to minus six degrees in Wendland. Tuesday will also start with dense cloud cover and light to moderate snowfall. At night, lows of around minus eight degrees will be reached in the Harz Mountains.
