Weather - More rain than snow in NRW: Up to seven degrees on Tuesday
More rain than snow will fall in North Rhine-Westphalia in the coming days. On Tuesday, temperatures will also rise to two degrees in East Westphalia and up to seven degrees in the Rhineland, according to the German Weather Service (DWD) in Essen. It will continue to rain during the night - only in the mountains will it mostly snow.
Wednesday will also be wet. Maximum temperatures will range from plus one degree in East Westphalia to six degrees on the Lower Rhine. On Thursday night, it will clear up a little in the west. Only in the east will it still be raining and snowing. In the mountains, there is a risk of slippery conditions with lows of minus two degrees due to freezing rain.

By Thursday night, some areas in the west will see clear skies, but it will continue to rain and potentially snow in the eastern parts, creating slippery conditions in the mountains due to freezing rain.
