People in North Rhine-Westphalia must continue to prepare for rain. According to the German Weather Service early this morning, Wednesday will also be very cloudy to overcast, with repeated showers. Temperatures will be mild, between seven and ten degrees.

Thursday night will remain cloudy with rain in some areas. Temperatures will drop to between five and three degrees, in the high altitudes of the Eifel and Sauerland to between three and one degree.

According to the information, Thursday will also start off very cloudy, often cloudy at first, with localized light drizzle. In the Hochsauerland region, some snow drizzle cannot be ruled out. However, according to the DWD, the afternoon will be mostly free of precipitation, with temporary clearing possible. Highs will be between four degrees in the east and six degrees in the west, and around two degrees in the mountains.
