Animals - Model airplane allegedly frightened horse: Rider injured
A 25-year-old woman has been injured in a riding accident in the district of Euskirchen - after her horse was startled by a model airplane, according to her statement. According to her, a 51-year-old man flew the plane over her several times, the police announced on Monday. According to a police spokeswoman, the woman said that the plane flew at a height of around five meters.
The 25-year-old had been out riding with another rider near a model airplane site in Zülpich on Saturday when the horse was reportedly startled by the plane. The woman fell to the ground, injured herself and filed a complaint for negligent bodily harm.
