Schools - Ministry of Culture with proposal for new G9 by January
The state government wants to discuss the switch to a new nine-year grammar school in Baden-Württemberg at the beginning of next year. The Ministry of Education must now make concrete proposals for a concept, said Minister President Winfried Kretschmann (Greens) in Stuttgart on Tuesday. "We will meet in January to discuss this."
According to a resolution passed by the green-black government coalition, Baden-Württemberg wants to develop a new model for a nine-year grammar school. However, they do not want a return to the G9 of the 1990s. What exactly this means remains to be seen.
