It's almost a tradition: for more than two decades, the head of the Hessian government has taken on honorary godparenthood for multiple birth children. On Saturday, he hosted a meeting.

Ministerpresident Boris Rhein (CDU) and his wife Tanja Raab-Rhein invited several Triplets families with their children to a meeting in Schlangenbad. In the Taunus Wunderland, they welcomed numerous multiple birth families. For over two decades, the Hessian government head has taken on the godparenthood for triplets in Hessen.

The families took advantage of the park's offerings during the hot temperatures and took Selfies with the Landeschef and his wife. It was the third such event for Rhein and his wife. Last year, he had invited to the Freilichtmuseum Hessenpark in Neu-Anspach (Hochtaunuskreis).
