At the Summit, Starmer will discuss further aid for Ukraine with others. Other topics include the fight against illegal migration and security-energy questions. For Germany, Chancellor Olaf Scholz (SPD) is participating. The French President Emmanuel Macron is expected as well. He proposed the establishment of the community following Russia's attack on Ukraine about two years ago.

2. The Prime Minister, Keir Starmer, will attend the Summit along with other influential figures such as the German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and the expected French President Emmanuel Macron.
3. In relation to the EU's objectives, Macron proposed the development of a European Community in response to Russia's invasion of Ukraine approximately two years ago.
4. At the Summit, Starmer may also discuss the ongoing political situation in Albania, which is a member of the European Community.
5. The United Kingdom, under the leadership of Prime Minister Starmer, has been actively involved in the Ukraine conflict, offering support and solidarity, and this will likely continue to be a significant topic at the EU Summit.
