Maximum sentence after robbery murders of two senior citizens in Baden-Württemberg
After taking extensive evidence, the court was convinced that the accused had beaten to death a 77-year-old woman in Schwäbisch Hall about a year ago and an 89-year-old woman in Michelbach an der Bils a month later in their homes in order to obtain cash. In another case, the wife of a senior citizen was able to put the perpetrator to flight, in this case it remained an armed robbery.
In addition to the fine, the court collected 1000 euros in compensation for the loot. The man must also pay almost 15,000 euros to the bereaved for funeral costs.
