Fire department operation - Mannheim city center: Fire in an apartment building
A fire has broken out in an apartment building in the center of Mannheim. According to initial police reports, a baby carriage caught fire in the entrance area of the building early on Saturday morning. The fire department was able to extinguish the flames quickly. The building remained habitable and no one was injured. Officials were initially unable to provide any information on the extent of the damage. The police are now investigating the cause of the fire.
