A man armed with a knife triggered a large-scale operation at Dresden Airport on Saturday morning. The man was in the area of the S-Bahn station and was overpowered there by emergency services, a spokesman for the Federal Police told the German Press Agency on Saturday. No one was injured, he said. The operation had already ended by midday. The spokesman did not provide any further details. The "Dresdner Neueste Nachrichten" had previously reported.
