The police have surrounded a house in Zell am Harmersbach where a man was spotted with a knife. They are currently trying to make contact with the man, a police spokesman said, but this is proving difficult due to the suspected mental state of the man. There have been no injuries reported so far, and there is currently no threat situation. Initially, the man was on the roof of the two-family house, then in the upper floor.
