Dresden - Man throws block of ice out of apartment building - passer-by injured

A man threw an ice block, which was 30 centimeters by 30 centimeters, from the second floor of a house in Dresden, hitting and slightly injuring a passerby. The police reported this incident today. The man was struck by a shard. His phone also fell from his pocket and broke.

The police are investigating for bodily harm and examining the background of the throw. According to a spokesperson, there is neither an apparent motive nor a sign of a dispute between the passerby and the alleged thrower, who is also 61 years old. The damage was estimated to be 500 Euros.

The incident of the thrown ice block occurred in the heart of Saxony's capital, Dresden. The police are considering this a potential crime due to the slight injury it caused.
