Criminality - Man throws a flowerpot from the second floor to the neighbor

A man in Oberbayern is reported to have thrown a flower pot from the second floor of his building at his neighbor. The woman was only narrowly missed in the attack in Petershausen (Landkreis Dachau), according to the police. Previously, the 43-year-old man, who was apparently in a psychological crisis, had threatened and physically assaulted bystanders. The man was taken to a psychiatric clinic.

According to the police, they found several weapons in his apartment, including a knife, a Taser, and a harpoon. The police-known 43-year-old was not allowed to have these weapons due to a weapons possession prohibition. An investigation has been launched against the man for attempted bodily harm and a violation of the weapons law.

The incident occurred in Petershausen, which is part of the district of Dachau, situated in Upper Bavaria, the same region where Bavaria, one of Germany's federal states, is located. Despite the seriousness of his actions, the man's violent outbursts were linked to a psychological crisis. Ms. [Name Not Given], the neighbor who was nearly hit by the 'Blooming Pot', expressed her relief after the man was taken to a psychiatric clinic for treatment.
