A man was surfing on the Neckar with a wooden pallet in Rottenburg (Tübingen district). After several witnesses informed the public order office, the police found a 24-year-old man on the river. The man had attached a rope to a bridge railing and this in turn to his wooden pallet, as a police spokesman said on Thursday. The man was standing on the wooden pallet in the water. After a conversation with the police, in which the danger of the existing current was explained to him, the man stopped his water sports activities on Wednesday.
