Due to playing children, a 48-year-old man in the Lower Bavarian district of Regen gave shots from a shock gun. Witnesses reported the gunshots to the police in the afternoon on Sunday. Several patrol units and the rescue service were therefore driven to the scene in Ruhmannsfelden as a precaution.

At the site, it turned out according to the police that the 48-year-old had fired three shots from his balcony with a shock gun. He felt disturbed in his peace by the playing children, said a police spokesperson. There was no danger to the neighbors, according to the reports. The police secured the weapon along with the ammunition. The police are now investigating against the man for violations of the Weapons Act.

The incident occurred in the Lower Bavarian district of Regen, specifically in Ruhmannsfelden. The police in Bavaria were alerted about the gunshots from a shock gun. The disturbed man, aged 48, had fired three shots from his balcony due to disturbance caused by playing children.
