Femicide - Man remanded in custody after fatal attack on ex-partner
A 64-year-old man is suspected of killing his ex-partner in Hadamar (Limburg-Weilburg district). Police and the public prosecutor's office announced on Tuesday that the man has been remanded in custody. The 64-year-old alerted the police himself after the crime on Monday morning. According to his own statement, he stabbed his ex-partner several times and fatally injured her. Afterwards, he is said to have searched the apartment for cash. The 64-year-old is in custody on suspicion of murder for greed.
