Worms - Man injured by several stab wounds
A man has been stabbed several times in Worms. As the police announced on Thursday, a suspect turned himself in to the police around an hour later. The injured man's life is not in danger. The background to the crime is not yet known. According to the police statement, the two men argued on Tuesday evening. The 50-year-old then pulled out a knife and stabbed the 33-year-old several times.
According to the police, the injured man was able to flee to a hairdressing salon. He was later operated on in hospital. The suspect initially fled. He is now being investigated for dangerous bodily harm. The police have searched his apartment and seized the clothing used in the crime. The knife has not yet been found.
