Ludwigslust-Parchim - Man injured after accidental shot

A 53-year-old man was injured when he accidentally fired a shot from a pistol in Parchim (Ludwigslust-Parchim district). According to the police, an altercation broke out late on Friday evening in the entrance area of an Irish pub between the security service and guests who were not allowed to enter the event. According to witnesses, a pistol fell out of the pocket of an unknown person. A shot was fired, injuring the 53-year-old operator of the pub in the leg. The stranger then took the gun and fled. Rescue workers took the injured man to hospital. According to reports, his injuries were not life-threatening. The police are looking for witnesses who can provide information about the crime or the suspect.
