Man hospitalized in psychiatric ward following two deadly knife attacks in Hanover

It's claimed that the man violently stabbed two men in a gaming hall and in front of a hotel in Hanover within a 30-minute time span, which led to their demise.
Initially, he escaped but was apprehended shortly afterwards. The prosecutor's accounts at the time state that the suspect was briefly confined to a psychiatric institution due to "psychological oddities" once arrested. Two men, both 45 years old, were murdered in these unforeseen events. Furthermore, a witness who attempted to assist one of the victims in the gaming hall was also injured by stabs.
