The 36-year-old is said to have initially got into an argument with a group for an unknown reason. He then got into his car and probably deliberately rammed into the vehicle of a 22-year-old. He then allegedly hit the 24-year-old and fled. The police arrested the suspect shortly afterwards. An arrest warrant was then issued on Friday.
