County of Kronach - Man falls five meters down steep slope after accident
After an accident, a man in the district of Kronach fell down a five-metre slope and was seriously injured. The 63-year-old was driving on a snow-covered, sloping and unpaved road near Marktrodach on Saturday and left the road, police said on Sunday. The car then crashed into a tree and threatened to plunge down the adjacent steep slope. To save himself, the senior got out of the passenger door. However, he fell into the depths. A passer-by gave him first aid. The senior citizen was taken to hospital seriously injured and suffering from hypothermia.
