The man veered off the road to the left, just past the town entrance of Neumannshof. Upon impact with the tree, the car spun around, causing the driver to be thrown from the vehicle. A helicopter transported the man with severe injuries to the hospital, where he subsequently passed away. The exact cause of the accident remains unclear at this time. The police have secured the vehicle and it is now undergoing technical examination.
