Lufthansa Group to fly to Tel Aviv again from January 8
The Lufthansa Group had suspended scheduled flights to and from Tel Aviv on October 9 due to the Middle East war.
Security is "always a top priority for the airlines of the Lufthansa Group", the Group explained on Friday. The Lufthansa Group continues to monitor the security situation in Israel closely and is in close contact with the local and international authorities. Possible flight schedule adjustments "must be expected if conditions change".
The flights to Beirut in Lebanon, which were also suspended in October due to the situation in the region, were already resumed on Friday, according to the Group.
