  • 1 Tasse Maismehl (150 g)
  • 1 Tasse Mandelmehl (125 g)
  • 1⁄2 Tasse Zucker (100 g)
  • 1 Teelöffel koscheres Salz
  • 1 Teelöffel Backpulver
  • 2 Eier, geschlagen
  • 2⁄3 Tasse griechischer Joghurt (165 g)
  • 1⁄3 Tasse Milch (80 ml) 1 Dose Maiskörner, optional
  • 1 Jalapeño, fein gewürfelt (optional)

Vorbereiten

  1. Backofen auf 350 °F vorheizen. Eine gusseiserne Pfanne mit Butter einfetten und beiseite stellen.
  2. Alle trockenen Zutaten miteinander vermischen.
  3. Geschlagene Eier, Joghurt und Milch hinzufügen. Gründlich mischen.
  4. Falls verwendet, Mais und Jalapenos hinzufügen.
  5. 18–20 Minuten backen. Auf einen Teller oder ein Schneidebrett geben und in acht Stücke schneiden. Mit Butter servieren.
