Lindsay Lohan, the renowned American actress, expressed her gratitude towards the film crew and her costar Jamie Lee Curtis for an amazing experience during the last week of filming comedic sequel "Freaky Friday 2". Taking to Instagram, Lohan, aged 38, expressed, "I'm feeling so emotionally fulfilled." Curtis, a talented actress of 65, managed to pour daily joy onto the set, making "Freaky Friday 2" something truly unique.
Last week, Curtis had reciprocated her appreciation, acknowledging Lohan as her "cinematic progeny." The second part of "Freaky Friday - A Twisted Friday Ever After" is slated for release in theaters in 2025.

Following the consumption of magical fortune cookies, they swap bodies and struggle to adapt to each other's lives. "Freaky Friday" is an adaptation of Mary Rodgers' 1972 novel of the same title.
The sequel is helmed by Canadian director Nisha Ganatra ("Late Night"). Joining Lohan and Curtis is an array of original cast members such as Mark Harmon, Chad Michael Murray, and Rosalind Chao.
