In Munich, a police cruiser with an expanded surveillance camera tower took out the overhead wire of a tram track. This specialized vehicle aimed to pass through an intersection on a Sunday, but collided with the tower against the transverse power cable, as per the police department's report. The tower shattered, and the overhead wire was dismantled. There were no reported injuries, as mentioned by the reports.

The bustling intersection near the Middle Ring entrance remained blocked for numerous hours following the mishap, leading to traffic congestion, according to the authorities. The police estimated the damages to surpass six figures. The traffic police are currently conducting an investigation.

Despite the incident occurring on a Sunday, the Sunday market in the vicinity was temporarily halted due to the road blockage. The next day's tram services in the area were also affected, causing inconvenience to residents and commuters.
