Vehicle movement congestion - Law enforcement helps equestrian navigate congested route using blinking police signals.

In Schwanau (Ortenaukreis), authorities aided a woman with a horse who needed urgent surgery by activating the blue lights and navigating through a traffic congestion. The horse's owner, becoming increasingly anxious as time passed, realized the severe nature of the situation, explained a police spokesperson on Friday. Civilian officers from the criminal investigation department placed the emergency lighting on their vehicle's roof and led the driver with the horse trailer along the emergency route. This swift action potentially saved the mare's life. The four-year-old pregnant mare is now recovering, though unfortunately, her unborn foal had perished before the incident occurred three weeks ago.
