Luckily, no individuals were harmed, as confirmed by a police spokesperson in the early hours of Wednesday. A county road in Landkreis Hildburghausen was entirely engulfed by hailstones the size of golf balls. Fortunately, the road has been cleared and is back in service, with no reported accidents.
