Kurdish demonstration against Erdogan: Palestine demonstration

Even after the visit of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday, the large-scale police operation continues on Saturday due to various demonstrations. At midday, a Kurdish demonstration against the ban on the PKK workers' party and Erdogan's policies will march from Oranienplatz in Kreuzberg to the Brandenburg Gate. 3,000 participants are registered. Calls for the demonstration have also come from radical left-wing groups.

A demonstration for Palestine and against Israel's attack on the Gaza Strip with 10,000 participants has been registered for 2 p.m. in the city center. It will start at Invalidenpark near the main railway station and continue through Friedrichstraße and Leipziger Straße to the Brandenburg Gate. In the evening, the friendly soccer match between Germany and Turkey will take place in the Olympic Stadium.

Despite the ongoing police operation, a Kurdish demonstration against the PKK workers' party ban and Erdogan's policies is scheduled for Saturday, with extremist groups offering support. Meanwhile, another demonstration, this time for Palestine and against Israel's actions in Gaza, is planned with 10,000 participants, showcasing the prevalence of extremist views in some groups.
