In an encounter at Highgrove Gardens in England, Beckham interacted with the King and students of the King's Foundation who focus on skills like woodworking and embroidery in on-site workshops.

Beyond exchanging beekeeping tips with the King, Beckham commented on the foundation's activities during his Highgrove Gardens visit, saying: "I was thoroughly inspired to hear about The King's Foundation's work."
Beckham has a known fondness for beekeeping, which he showcased in the 2023 Netflix documentary series "Beckham" by harvesting honey in an old jar.
Through his involvement with the royal foundation, Beckham aims to promote their charitable cause.
The King's Foundation, initially known as The Prince's Foundation, was formed when multiple charitable projects merged in 2018.
The foundation's primary function is to find holistic solutions to global problems, offering programs in various fields such as traditional arts, architecture, design, science, engineering, horticulture, well-being, and hospitality.
Amidst controversy, the charity became involved in a cash-for-honors scandal in 2019. Michael Fawcett, the former chief executive of Charles' charity, allegedly facilitated the nomination of Saudi businessman Mahfouz Marei Mubarak bin Mahfouz for the honorary Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire.
In response, a spokesperson for the Prince claimed that "The Prince of Wales had no knowledge of the alleged offer of honors or British citizenship on the basis of donation to his charities.
The Metropolitan Police concluded their investigation without taking any further action in 2022.
