Kim Kardashian stars in comedy "The Fifth Wheel"
TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian (43) has been offered a major film role. She will play a leading role in the comedy "The Fifth Wheel" and act as a producer, Netflix announced.
Kardashian will play the titular "fifth wheel" in the female comedy. However, the streaming service announced that the rest of the content is under wraps. "Saturday Night Live" writer Paula Pell, who previously wrote the script for the sister comedy "Sisters" (2016), is responsible for production and screenplay.
According to Deadline.com, five streaming services and studios bid for the Kardashian project. In the end, the contract was awarded to Netflix. Kardashian is known for the reality TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians". Since September, she can also be seen in a role in the US horror series "American Horror Story: Delicate". She also helped out as a voice actress in two 'Paw Patrol' films.
