US Vice President Kamala Harris made a stopover at the US Air Force base in Ramstein, Palatinate, on her flight home from the United Nations Climate Change Conference in Dubai, according to reporters traveling with her. Their Air Force Two plane landed at the military base to refuel on Sunday. The plane then took off for Washington.
