Ex-Bayern Munich boss Oliver Kahn feels his old club has the upper hand in the German title battle. "A title-less season in Munich sets off multiple alarms. Bayern will do whatever it takes to reclaim the title," Kahn shared with Kicker. "Bayern Munich is set to retaliate in the upcoming campaign."

The previous season saw Bayer Leverkusen clinch their first title, making their intentions clear right from the start. "I find it hard to envisage Leverkusen reproducing such an exceptional season marked by remarkable consistency and no defeats," Kahn mused. "However, I'm confident they'll fight for the title again. It won't be a walk in the park like before though."

Kahn also anticipates Borussia Dortmund and RB Leipzig to be contenders for the title. "But if Munich truly taps into its full potential, it's the frontrunner," Kahn, who served as the club CEO until May 2023, asserted.

FC Bayern will undoubtedly be motivated to reclaim the title they lost last season, as expressed by former coach Oliver Kahn. Despite Bayer Leverkusen's impressive title-winning season, Kahn believes that Bayern Munich, with its full potential, remains the leading contender for the German title.
