Harmful Vilbel - Judith Rakers remains active despite leaving "Tagesschau."
After departing from her role as a presenter on "Tagesschau," Judith Rakers finds herself still quite busy. She thought that leaving the shift service would give her more free time, but it hasn't seemed to pan out that way yet. "I'm constantly working from morning to evening," she told Hit Radio FFH in Bad Vilbel.
Her last "Tagesschau" aired in late January. Before this, Rakers had begun cultivating vegetables in the Hamburg area, indicating her intention to become more self-sufficient. She shared that this was the reason behind her departure from the show.
The reason for her increased workload lies in her commitment to her home farming project, where she takes care of every detail. "I write every text for our packaging myself, tinker with it," Rakers said in a statement.
She expresses joy in the enthusiasm surrounding her project and aims to inspire others. This dive into rural life was a natural choice for Rakers. "I appreciated living in the city, in an old building on the fourth floor. But at some point, I craved something different. Instead of city noises, I wanted to hear bird songs," she shared.
