- Judgment awaited for Rocker murder with dismembered body

In the trial for a brutal murder in the biker gang scene, a verdict is expected to be delivered this Friday at 11:00 AM after over two years of proceedings. At the Regional Court of Duisburg, two alleged accomplices of the main suspect are on trial. The main suspect had fled abroad and later died there. The men are accused of being members of the motorcycle club Hells Angels at the time of the crime in January 2014 and helping to murder a suspected traitor within their ranks and dispose of the body.

The victim was killed by a gunshot to the back of the head. The body was then dismembered, packed into barrels, covered with concrete, and submerged. In February 2014, passersby discovered the victim's tattooed arm in the Rhine in Duisburg. A key witness had retracted their incriminating statements against one of the defendants two weeks ago.

The main suspect, who had fled abroad and later died there, is alleged to have been the mastermind behind the murder. Despite the main suspect's death, the two accused accomplices face charges for helping to dispose of the victim's body after the brutal murder in January 2014.
