Three unidentified individuals struck a jewelry store situated within the Hessian State Theatre's compound in Wiesbaden. As per a police spokesperson, these criminals reportedly pepper-sprayed a store employee in the early hours, making off with valuable jewels. After the heist, they vanished on foot. The exact value of the stolen goods remains undisclosed. Fortunately, the affected employee didn't need to seek hospital care, as stated by the spokesperson.
The individuals fled the scene after the jewelry heist, disappearing into the nearby Meadows. Subsequently, local authorities are increasing surveillance in the Meadows area to prevent any further incidents.
