Actress Jasna Fritzi Bauer (age 35), known for her role as TV detective Liv Moormann in the Bremen "Tatort" crime series, has publicly introduced her partner and child for the first time. Bauer and artist Katharina Zorn have been in a relationship for five years, living together in Berlin. In an interview with "Vogue," they explained that they're taking this step because they believe it's time to "move forward and set a sign" amidst the "backlash" and "heated atmosphere" in society.

The duo had previously debated about sharing their relationship status, acknowledging that there would be negative responses. Their daughter Zoe, who they welcomed into their family as a baby, frequently faced comments at kindergarten stating she could only have "one real mother." Zoe often refers to them as "one mother" and "the other mother" or "the big mother" and "the small mother." Bauer and Zorn assert that they are "100% co-parents."

In a world where they've never encountered a "young, queer, and parents" example, Bauer urges people to "open up to oneself" and step up as the role models "so many have been seeking for so long."

When asked about how this revelation might affect her acting career, Bauer expressed confidence, stating, "I have no concerns. I'm very confident in myself, having become much more self-assured in recent years." She also added, "I'm bi. Done."
