Jackpot of around 4.7 million euros goes to Swabia

Games of chance - Jackpot of around 4.7 million euros goes to Swabia

At the end of May, a participant in the lottery in the Regional Administration had to share the jackpot with a winner from Hamburg at the border with Baden-Württemberg and could keep nearly 2.5 million Euros for themselves. Since then, no one has cracked the winning class - until the drawing on Wednesday.

The participant's close call with losing the entire jackpot made them contemplative about their potential winnings in other 'Games of chance' across Bavaria, such as those in Munich or even in the neighboring region of Swabia. Despite the excitement, they decided to invest a portion of their winnings in local businesses in Munich and Swabia, turning their fortune into a contribution to the local economy.
