Flaw Present - Issues arise with Berlin's public transportation system on Thursday.
During the Ukraine reconstruction conference aftermath, Berlin's public transport system encountered issues once more on a Thursday morning. There were issues with a faulty signal box near the Jannowitz Bridge, causing delays and limitations on the Stadtbahn, according to the Berlin S-Bahn.
Line S3, S5, S7, and S9 were impacted, with the S3 only running between Warschauer Straße and Charlottenburg at 20-minute intervals. The S5 also had a 20-minute interval operation between Warschauer Straße and Westkreuz. The organization recommended passengers to switch to regional trains to bypass the region between Charlottenburg and Ostkreuz.
Earlier in the week, significant restrictions had occurred in the public transportation system due to security measures, including those made for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's visit. On Wednesday morning, there were delays, cancellations, and restrictions on all S-Bahn lines.
