On Saturday, a tipsy pedestrian climbed onto a movable flood barrier along the Danube in Neu-Ulm. Officers later retrieved the person, according to a police spokesperson. The climber suffered no injuries, and the barrier didn't show any damages. The police spokesperson stressed that such actions are extremely risky since people could fall into the water. With so many witnesses nearby, police will now beef up their patrols in the area.
