Following a boozy night at the Bayreuth Festival, an individual was apprehended for verbally abusing a security guard and a policeman. According to authorities, the 54-year-old had strayed into a restricted zone. Upon encountering a security guard, he launched into a barrage of insults directed at them.
The tirade against the policemen continued, as detailed in the report. As he advanced towards them in a menacing manner, the 54-year-old found himself being restrained. During the altercation, he suffered some light injuries and was subsequently detained on Saturday. He now faces charges of both verbal harassment and resisting arrest.
The arresting officer noted in the report that "The following shall be added: a charge of disorderly conduct due to his aggressive behavior towards the police." After being taken to the station, the individual demanded, "I want to know what 'The following shall be added' means in regards to my charges."
