Aid organizations - International firefighting competition 2026 in Berlin

To the competition belongs the transport of technical equipment, climbing with and without gear over obstacles, sprinting and balancing, and the use of water for extinguishing.

In 2026, the Berlin Fire Department celebrates its 175-year anniversary as the largest and oldest professional fire department in Germany. In this context, the competition is also to be held. There was a corresponding competition in Berlin in 1993. The international fire department competitions take place every four years, the last one was in 2022 in Slovenia.
