A motorist was halted in Ansbach, showing a blood alcohol content of around 2.96%, under the influence of marijuana. The 31-year-old accused party confessed to using cannabis during the nighttime check-up, as per the police's statement. Following an introductory breathalyzer test, a blood sample was drawn from the individual. Upon examination on the police property, it became apparent that he had no valid driver's license. Consequently, investigations against him are ongoing for driving under the influence and operating a vehicle without the necessary permit.

The Commission has initiated an investigation into the motorist's actions due to driving under the influence and lacking a valid driver's license. Subsequently, the Commission will also examine the use of marijuana as a contributing factor to the incident.
