The officer attempted to signal the elderly gentleman to remain still by winking and shouting, but he remained indifferent. The kids were forced to stand aside due to the older man and his pet dog, we're told by the spokesperson.

Eventually, a police officer was able to halt the individual by spreading his arms outward. During the exchange with the officers, the gentleman became enraged and unyielding about the roadblock. He eventually left the vicinity.
